01 1. What These Terms Cover
These terms govern roll-off bin rentals and junk removal carried out by Windsordumpster in Windsor and the surrounding service areas. Booking a bin means accepting them.
02 2. Quotes and Pricing
A quote states the bin size, the rental period, the tonnage allowance included and the total. It is valid for 30 days.
The quoted price covers delivery, the rental period, the stated tonnage and disposal. Weight beyond the allowance is charged at the published per-tonne rate off the transfer station scale ticket, a copy of which is provided with the invoice.
03 3. Rental Period
The included rental period is seven days on bins up to 15 yards and ten days on 20 yards and above, counted from the day of delivery.
Additional days are charged at the published daily rate. Early collection is available at no additional charge.
04 4. Placement and Access
You are responsible for ensuring the placement location is accessible, legal and suitable, including any permit required for placement on public property.
Boards are laid beneath the bin on driveway placements. We take reasonable care, but we do not accept liability for surface marking on asphalt, interlock or other surfaces where placement was requested despite advice.
05 5. Loading and Prohibited Materials
Loads must be level with the top rail. A load above the rail cannot be tarped and therefore cannot be collected; a trip charge applies where a collection cannot proceed.
Prohibited materials, including paint, solvents, fuels, oils, tires, batteries, pressurised vessels, electronics and asbestos, must not be placed in a bin. Items identified at the scale are removed and charged as separate disposals.
06 6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including project delay.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited at law.
07 7. Cancellation
Bookings cancelled before the truck leaves the yard are not charged. A cancellation after it leaves is charged as a trip.
08 8. Payment
Invoices are issued after collection once the load has been weighed, and are payable on the terms stated on the invoice. Commercial accounts may be offered net 30 terms.
09 9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario.
