About Us
A Windsor bin rental company that quotes the whole price
Seven roll-off sizes, six service areas, and a price that includes the tonnage rather than discovering it at the scale.
How We Quote
Why the tonnage is on the quote, not the small print
Nearly every complaint about a bin rental is the same one: the invoice was bigger than the quote, and the difference was weight. It is a genuine cost, the transfer station charges by the tonne, but it should never be a surprise.
So the allowance and the overage rate go on the quote before you book, and the scale ticket comes with the invoice afterwards. If the load went over, you can see by how much and check the arithmetic yourself.
The same goes for the four charges that can be added to a rental, which are written out on avoiding extra fees rather than buried. Pricing shows what each size includes.
How We Work
Four things we do the same way on every bin
-
Ask before quoting
What is going in decides the size, so we ask rather than assume.
-
Boards on every drive
Laid before the bin comes off, and nothing dragged on or off.
-
Weigh and show it
Scale ticket with the invoice on every collection.
-
Say when a bin is wrong
Some jobs need a crew, a specialist or a different bin. We will say so.
How We Run It
What a bin rental looks like from our side
DRIVERS: the same drivers run the same areas, so they know which streets are tight, which driveways slope and where a bin will not clear a carport. Boards go under the rails on every residential drop, which is the whole of driveway protection.
FLEET: roll-off trucks for the 10 to 40 yard containers and a smaller hook-lift for the 6 and 14 yard, which is what lets a bin fit on a single-width drive. Sizes and dimensions are on bin sizes.
SCHEDULING: quoted on the call and delivered next day on most bookings, with a morning or afternoon window rather than a wait-all-day promise. bin delivery covers access and collection.
WEIGHING: every load is weighed in and out at the transfer station and the ticket comes with the invoice, so the overage line can be checked against weight limits.

Weight Limits and Overage Fees Explained for Bin Rentals
Every bin rental quote includes a tonnage allowance, but most overage surprises come from one of three things: heavy material in the wrong bin, rain-soaked debris, or a load that looked light but wasn't. Here is how the scale actually works.
