The 15 yard is 12 ft long, 7.5 ft wide, 4 ft high, which works out to about 6 pickup loads of debris. The price includes 2 tonnes at the transfer station; past that it is $120 a tonne, billed off the scale ticket you receive with the invoice.
Seven days come with it, which suits a whole-house clear worked at weekends. After that each day is $15, arranged by phone without moving anything. An early finish just means an earlier collection, free of charge.
Think of this one as volume rather than tonnage. Send concrete, soil and brick to a 10 yard or 14 yard instead, since dense material reaches the allowance while the bin still looks half empty. The weight limits page shows the arithmetic.

What Cannot Go In
The prohibited items list is short and it does not bend
A house clear-out is where the awkward items live. Paint and solvent on the garage shelf, a spare set of tires, the barbecue propane tank, an old television, and any fridge or freezer that has not been drained. All are refused at the scale.
The reasons sit with the facility. A landfill will not take a tire, a sealed vessel can hold gas and is an explosion risk in a compactor, and refrigerant has to be recovered and tagged by a certified technician first.
One of them in the load means it is pulled out and billed as a separate disposal, and that is the line nobody budgets for. Set them aside before you start, check the prohibited items list, and use what we take for everything else.
