01 1. What We Collect
When you request a bin rental quote we collect your name, contact details, the service address and a description of the job. That is what a quote requires and we do not ask for more.
02 2. Why We Collect It
To quote the work, schedule the delivery and collection, invoice for the rental, and respond if you contact us afterwards.
03 3. Who We Share It With
Only where it is needed to carry out the work: the driver assigned to the delivery, and a payment processor for card transactions. We do not sell or rent personal information.
04 4. How Long We Keep It
Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted after twelve months. Booking and invoice records are retained as long as tax and accounting rules require.
05 5. Cookies
This site uses cookies only where they are needed for the site to function and to measure aggregate traffic. It does not run advertising trackers.
06 6. Your Rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it.
