A workshop clearing out a storeroom, a studio moving premises or a trades business emptying a yard needs one bin once, not a waste account with a standing monthly charge and a twelve-month term attached.
So this is booked the way a driveway bin is booked. You call, we quote a flat price with the tonnage in it, the bin arrives next day, and that is the whole arrangement.
If it turns into something regular, it can move onto a schedule later at a per-service rate, which is what property management covers. Until then there is nothing to cancel. Pricing shows what each size costs and what is in it.

Business Waste
What a small business bin takes, and what it cannot
Stock, shelving, packaging, furniture, fittings, timber, offcuts and general clear-out waste all go in. So does most workshop debris once it is broken down to fit under the top rail.
Three business waste streams do not. Electronics go to an e-waste depot. Paint, solvent, thinner and workshop chemicals are hazardous waste. Tires need a tire recycler. All three are refused at the scale regardless of who is loading them.
